Job Title: Leading Hand Carpenter/Project Supervisor
Location: Various locations around Adelaide
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

The must haves:
- Experience in carpentry and project supervision, with a strong understanding of architectural construction methods
- High level leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in reading plans and technical drawings, with the ability to interpret and implement project plans accurately
- Knowledge of the NCC, Australian standards and safety standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all employees
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
The job looks like:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects whilst leading our carpentry team
- A hands-on role with a focus on all aspects of architectural carpentry, time on and off the tools as required
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Lead and motivate team members
- Maintain quality standards and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients and trades of all descriptions
